Delete your account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your MikroDramaz account and the personal data associated with it, operated by Mundo Drama LLC. You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion here without installing the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open MikroDramaz and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion after verifying your identity.
Or write to support@mikrodramaz.com with the subject line starting DELETE, and include:
- the email address or username on your MikroDramaz account;
- which store you downloaded from (Google Play or the App Store);
- a statement confirming you are the account holder.
We verify requests using information associated with your account, and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, phone number, username, display name, avatar, preferences).
- Your viewing history, in-app activity, and app-generated identifiers.
- Any User Content you submitted (comments, ratings, reviews), where applicable.
Account and profile data are deleted or anonymized within 60 days of your request. Backups are cycled out within 35 days.
What we may retain, and why
Some records must be kept for a limited period even after account deletion, as permitted or required by law:

Important — cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, and unused Coins are forfeited on deletion (Terms, Section 8.8).
Google Play: Google Play Store > Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > MikroDramaz > Cancel subscription.
App Store: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > MikroDramaz > Cancel Subscription.
