9.1 European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling; object to direct marketing at any time; withdraw consent; and not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise these rights, write to support@mikrodramaz.com. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9.2 United States — Delaware, California, and other state privacy laws

Mundo Drama LLC is formed in Delaware, and U.S. state privacy laws apply according to where you live rather than where we are formed. The rights below are therefore grouped by the law that grants them.

Delaware residents. Under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA), in force since 1 January 2025, you have the rights to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to delete personal data we hold about you; to obtain a portable copy; to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal data; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not process sensitive data without your consent, and we do not process the data of any consumer we know to be aged 13 to 17 for targeted advertising or sale. Submit requests to support@mikrodramaz.com; we respond within 45 days and you may appeal a refusal by replying to that decision, with a further right to contact the Delaware Department of Justice.

California residents. Categories of personal information we collect (California Civil Code § 1798.140): identifiers; commercial information (purchase and subscription records); internet or other electronic network activity information (viewing and usage data); geolocation data (approximate only); audio/visual/electronic information (support attachments, user content); and inferences drawn to create a preference profile.

We collect these for the business purposes in Section 3. Sources are described in Section 2.

Sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may "share" identifiers and internet activity information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by § 1798.121.

Your rights: to know/access; to delete; to correct; to opt out of sale/sharing; to limit use of sensitive personal information; to data portability; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

How to exercise: submit a request to support@mikrodramaz.com or use the in-app control at Settings > Privacy > Ad preferences. To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use Settings > Privacy > Ad preferences. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. We verify requests using information associated with your account. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Minnesota, Maryland, New Jersey, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, including a right to appeal a denied request by writing to support@mikrodramaz.com.

9.3 Latin America

We do not charge for exercising these rights and will not discriminate against you for doing so.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and use service providers located in the United States, the European Union, and Latin America. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those of your own.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on:

For transfers from Latin American jurisdictions, we rely on contractual safeguards and, where required, your consent. A copy of the relevant safeguards is available on request at support@mikrodramaz.com.

11. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; hashed and salted credentials; access control on a least-privilege basis with multi-factor authentication for administrators; network segregation and firewalls; logging and monitoring; vendor security review; secure development practices; and staff confidentiality obligations and training.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by applicable law (for example, within 72 hours to an EU supervisory authority under Art. 33 GDPR).

12. Children's privacy

12.1 The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or 16 in those EEA member states that set a higher age of digital consent.

12.2 If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child below the applicable age without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly and terminate the account.

12.3 Users aged 13 to 17. MikroDramaz carries a PG-13 level content rating and may be used by teenagers. For users we know or reasonably believe to be under 18, we do not serve personalized (interest-based) advertising, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we limit profiling to what is needed to operate the Service and prevent fraud. A parent or guardian may exercise any of the rights in Section 9 on behalf of a user under 18 by writing to support@mikrodramaz.com.

12.4 Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information may write to support@mikrodramaz.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We will act within the timeframes required by COPPA and applicable local law.

12.5 MikroDramaz is not submitted to the App Store Kids Category and is not designed for children. Parents should use device-level parental controls and disable in-app purchases where appropriate.

13. Automated decision-making and profiling

We use automated processing to recommend Content, to personalize the interface, and to detect fraud and abuse. These processes do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you, except that fraud-prevention systems may lead to a suspension — in which case you may request human review at support@mikrodramaz.com.

14. Apple App privacy disclosures

The information in this Policy corresponds to the App Privacy disclosures ("privacy nutrition labels") that Mundo Drama LLC files for MikroDramaz in App Store Connect, covering the data types we collect, whether they are linked to your identity, and whether they are used for tracking. If you notice any inconsistency between this Policy and the App Store listing, please tell us at support@mikrodramaz.com and we will correct it.

You may also review and manage the data Apple holds about your App Store activity in your Apple Account settings.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The updated version will be posted in the app and at https://mikrodramaz.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. Where the change is material, we will provide prominent notice (in-app notice, email, or both) and, where required by law, obtain your consent before the change takes effect.
